30 minutes after dinner

So I have some medication that says to take it "30 minutes after the same meal every day".  Who the heck is going to remember to do that??!  It's like, okay, I just finished dessert, washed the dishes, and now I have 25 minutes to go.  Guess I'll go do something else... 2 hours later... oops.
