Last week was a bad week for running. And a bad week for asthma. Well, not really bad, just enough to make me want to sleep 12 hours a night. The last goal I met was about two weeks ago.
Tonight I tried a set of quarter miles at 9.5mph. I made it through about 5.5 of them.
Stupid calories - it seems you burn most per mile at 6-7mph, and more or less than that you burn less calories per mile.
